In the 1976, two young visionaries – Dick Burke and Bevil Hogg – had a pivotal idea: they wanted to build the best bicycles in the world in a simple barn in deepest Wisconsin. Their business idea was based on serious made-in-USA craftsmanship which aimed to convey the passion of cycling to a larger public. And they endeavoured to get people to use their bicycles more often for their daily journey, or for health and recreation purposes.
From its modest origins with five employees, the world-renowned brand has grown into a company employing more than 2,500 people. Trek bikes are now distributed, sold and ridden in more than 100 countries. Trek continues to go to the greatest lengths in further development and setting new standards. Similarly, Trek strives towards producing the most durable products of the highest quality. Engineers, scientists and designers work continuously with top athletes and team riders on the evolution of new technology and innovations that improve the experience and performance on the bicycle. The products' high quality means Trek bikes come with a lifetime guarantee. A unique selling point in the branch.
The technology may have changed, but Trek has remained true to its roots. To this day, the barn still plays a central role in the company. In the place where frames were once built, Trek now manufactures moulds for its carbon frames. Trek is also one of the very few brands of its size which is still family-run.
Bringing distinctive bikes and e-bikes to market that are more powerful than ever before is a specialty of the Wisconsin-based family company. The product range is comprehensive: from simple aluminium road bikes to custom high-end carbon race bikes, from city, fitness and bike-packing bikes to children's bikes, and on to gravel, cross-country, marathon, all-mountain, enduro and downhill bikes.
If you're looking for a road bike, it's hard to beat the models of the Trek Domane series. The Endurance wonder combines comfort, versatility and speed to create an unforgettable riding experience. Like the Madone aero road bike, it features Trek's proprietary IsoSpeed technology that absorbs front and rear vibrations. Sufficient tire clearance and a storage compartment in the down tube are additional smart features that make your Domane a uncompromising speedster with high endurance qualities.
The Émonda SLR and SL road bike models are Trek's ultralight climbing specialists. The Americans have given the carbon race bikes improved aerodynamics without increasing weight. This results in more speed in every riding situation.
For adventure-hungry riders, Trek has designed the Checkpoint. From gravel races to challenging bickepacking adventures, this gravel bike has everything you need to experience more freedom.
The Trek Supercaliber features the IsoStrut damper developed with FOX, which is integrated into the frame and provides 60mm of adjustable travel. This makes the cross-country mountain bike neither a fully nor a hardtail, but one thing is certain: it is the fastest, lightest, and most powerful XC racer Trek has ever built.
If you don't want to commit to one area of application, the Trek Fuel EX is the right mountain bike for you. With 140 mm of travel at the front and 130 mm at the rear, it's a versatile trail bike that likes forearm-demanding enduro descents as much as XC climbs which make your legs burn.
Enduro racers and aggressive trail riders will enjoy the new Trek Slash. Trek has given the long travel mountain bike (160 mm rear travel and 170 mm front travel) a more aggressive geometry for more stable downhill performance. And thanks to a steeper seat angle and more lightweight frame, the Slash will convince you uphill as well.
The Trek Rail is more than just a reinforcement for the E-MTB Allrounder Powerfly. It's a completely redesigned E-Enduro equipped with the latest generation Bosch Performance CX engine. With fast 29" wheels, 160/150 mm suspension travel with an aluminum or carbon frame and the smart 625 Wh battery integrated in the frame, nothing will stop you from having endless off-road fun.
