Take your time and pack everything carefully. Remove old labels and barcodes from the shipping box.

You cannot print the return form? Enclose an informal letter instead.
The product was delivered by a forwarding agency? Please contact our customer service

Please print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package.
For returns within Germany you can download the label on your smartphone and go to the local post office with it.

We will confirm the successful processing of your return via e-mail.
A refund will be directed to the payment method used for the purchase.
