The product was delivered by a forwarding agency? Please contact our customer service.

You can print the return label and attach it to the shipping box or load it onto your smartphone and take it to the local post service.

Take the package to the postal service
We will confirm the successfull processing of your return via e-mail. A refund will be directed to the payment method used for the purchase.
