The unique lubricating effect is achieved through additives such as tungsten disulfide (WS₂). Tungsten disulfide has an incredibly low coefficient of friction of 0.03—better than molybdenum, PTFE, or even wet ice on wet ice! Increases power transmission and reduces wear. Very low friction – effective over a wide temperature range from -270 °C to +650 °C.
