Marmot Mad River 30 Down Sleeping Bag - Short - Zip left - foliage/rosin green

Never change a winning team

The Mad River is a packable down mummy sleeping bag for traditional backpackers who just want a good night’s sleep after a hard day on the trail. Thanks to its 650-fill-power down, this sleeping bag packs down small yet lofts up high, so you can achieve recovery after a long day on the trail. Chemical-free ExpeDry™ technology ensures that the down dries quickly and retains its loft when sweat, moisture, and condensation threaten to dampen your spirits and the sleeping bag’s warmth. A full zip and a secondary side zipper provide precise comfort control and allow you to use the sleeping bag like a blanket when conditions, your sleeping position, or a game of cards in the tent change. The spacious footbox gives your feet room to breathe, while the insulated draft tube ensures that warm air doesn’t escape as you drift off to sleep. An interior pocket safely stores valuables like a headlamp or contact lenses, while the included stuff sack and compression sack ensure your backpack can be packed tightly from day one.
