MSR FreeLite U24 1 Tent - Green

Solo adventures don’t necessarily have to mean a tiny tent and a heavy backpack. The ultralight, semi-freestanding MSR FreeLite U24 tent is designed for anyone who wants to save weight without sacrificing space or features. Suitable for three seasons.

Features of the FreeLite U24 1 Tent

Despite a rectangular floor plan (without the usual tapered sides) and a ridge height of 1 meter, the FreeLite 1 for one person weighs 170 g less than the previous model. A waterproof tub floor protects against moisture and cold. The micro-mesh tent fly provides excellent ventilation. The curved-free tent door features new zippers that are more durable and can be operated with one hand. Additionally, the zippers always close in the same spot so that the sliders can be found even in the dark. New bags for all kinds of devices with cable guides at the corners for headphones and charging cables. An overhead gear storage compartment is ideal for headlamps, sunglasses, and more.

Thanks to its semi-freestanding design, the FreeLite 1 tent can be set up quickly and easily. Extra-sturdy DAC-NFL tent poles, a PFAS-free coating, and sealed seams keep moisture from entering the tent. The open-weave fly saves weight and features a large vestibule with plenty of storage space for gear. The practical wide vestibule door features a StayDry™ rain gutter that channels water away from the tent.
