Fahrwerker F2000 ’s brake master cylinders and slave cylinders are designed to be suitable for both left- and right-side mounting and provide sufficient force to safely brake even heavy cargo bikes and LEVs. The slave cylinder is generously dimensioned and ensures perfect transmission of braking force to the disc. An integrated offset in the brake caliper reduces the variety of adapters required. The top-load function and the post-mount system improve serviceability.

The F2000 brake master cylinder is a further development of the proven F4000 brake master cylinder and is specifically designed for bikes with a maximum of two wheels. The brake master cylinder offers the same high level of safety, robustness, and reliability as the F4000. This braking system ensures braking power suitable for all bike classes.

The brake actuator lever is equipped with a ball-end, which ensures a better grip and increased safety. The dynamic design facilitates integration into modern handlebar setups. The F2000 brake actuator is compatible with standard displays, controllers, and shift levers and also supports an optional handlebar button for high beam. The brake system uses the proven brake caliper with the F brake pads and the corresponding F rotor, which are known for their high performance and long service life.
