Thicker wall for trail-ready durability.

The GT uses a thicker TPU than the Performance off-road inner tube. Rock strikes, root impacts, sharp debris—the thicker wall withstands the forces encountered on a mountain bike that a thinner inner tube might not survive.

85–87 g, depending on valve length.

Significantly less than half the weight of a standard butyl mtb inner tube (200 g+). The weight savings are rotational, so the effect on acceleration and handling is disproportionately large—you’ll feel it on every climb and in every corner.

Stable under pressure.

Less “walking” than classic butyl tubes. Consistent performance throughout the entire ride, not just in the first hour.

Patented all-aluminum valve with removable valve core.

If the valve core ever comes loose or develops a leak, it can be repaired in 60 seconds using a valve tool. No new inner tube required.

Seamlessly welded, not glued.

Eclipse’s patented welding process eliminates the seam—historically the most common weak point in TPU inner tubes. Backed by strict in-house quality controls before anything is shipped.
