Drink Mix has changed the game for endurance sports. Drink Mix 320 CAF 100 was developed to help athletes consume liquid carbohydrate fuel during high-intensity training and competitions. It contains 80 grams of carbohydrates with 100 mg of caffeine when dissolved in 500 ml of water. Athletes may experience gastrointestinal discomfort when consuming carbohydrate fuel during high-intensity training. Hydrogel technology is the innovation that encapsulates the carbohydrates, allowing them to pass through the stomach and be absorbed, which facilitates energy delivery during exercise.
