For this reason, the carbon body of the disc rotor has been redesigned, optimizing the installation of the specific adapter to provide a lightweight and highly performing system. They retain the same construction quality and performance characteristics as the Center Lock models, while being dimensionally optimized for the AFS standard and featuring a newly designed Grade 5 titanium lockring that combines lightness, stiffness, and unmistakable style. The adapter provided with the X-Rotor SteelCarbon 3 Center Lock disc rotors comes with a valuable laser-engraved titanium protection plate that fits into the carbon shape perfectly.
