The Right Range. To create a performance-oriented total package, Shimano not only focuses on targeted material savings for the steel sprockets of the CS-M7200 cassette from the Deore series, but also replaces the largest sprocket with a lightweight aluminum one. Thanks to HyperGlide+ technology, the robust and durable construction still delivers fast and smooth shifting even under load. The wide sprocket ratio, spanning from 10 to 51 teeth, results in a 510 % gear range, making this sturdy cassette for 1x12-speed drivetrain systems the ideal choice for nearly any application—from XC and Enduro racing to all-day Trail adventures.

HyperGlide+ | The conventional HyperGlide technology ensures smooth upshifting thanks to small shifting ramps that guide the chain towards the next larger sprocket. HyperGlide+ adopts this mode of operation, but also applies it in the opposite direction to prevent the chain from dropping when shifting down. The result is smooth and consistent shifting in both directions, free from vibrations and without throwing off the cadence.
