Directions

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast. Avoid coffee, tea, and dairy products around the time of taking this supplement. Maximum 1 capsule per day. 

Caution: Mild digestive discomfort and/or stools of a dark color are possible, especially when first starting to take this supplement.
