Directions

Take 1 to 3 drops (1,000 to 3,000 IU) daily, especially during the months of October through April, and also during the remaining months if sunlight exposure is insufficient or a blood test indicates a deficiency. Take the drops preferably with a meal. Shake well before use.  Recommended daily dose: Maximum 3 drops (75 µg).

This dietary supplement is not suitable for kids under 10 years of age. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in the original packaging in a dark, dry place (8–25 °C) and out of the range of kids.
