If you train hard regularly or participate in competition, it’s a good idea to ensure you have enough beta-alanine in your muscles. Directions

Beta-alanine should be replenished in the muscles over a period of approximately 6 weeks by taking 4.8 grams of beta-alanine daily (3 x 1600 mg = 3 x 2 tablets). After this loading phase, the increased buffer capacity can be maintained by taking 1,600 mg (2 tablets) daily. Take the tablets preferably with a meal and plenty of water.
