How to use

1. Thread the power cord through the Drip Dock and place the Waxifyer heater on the Drip Dock base.
2. Place the hot wax in the heater. Break the wax into smaller pieces to ensure quick melting. Place the cover on top while melting the hot wax.
3. Turn the temperature control knob to ‘perfect’.
4. If you’re working in a cold environment or need to give the melting process an extra boost, turn the temperature knob to ‘extra hot’. Make sure to turn it back to ‘perfect’ once the hot wax is liquid.
5. While waiting for the hot wax to melt, make sure to clean and dry your chain thoroughly.
6. Fold the chain and thread a Chain Coupler through the links.
7. Place the clean chain in the liquid hot wax and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
8. Take the chain out of the hot wax, hang it on the Drip Dock and let the excess wax drip off.
9. Turn off the heater and leave the hot wax to solidify.
10. Let the chain and wax completely cool down, ideally overnight.
11. Before mounting the chain back on your bike, remove excess wax on the outside of the chain by running it through a clean, dry microfibre cloth.
