• Goggle mount: a designated area under the helmet’s visor to securely hold goggles in place so they don’t slip or fall off
• Bug protection net: keeps flies and other bugs off your head without compromising the helmet’s ventilation
• Breakaway visor: High-quality visor for protection against sunlight and overhanging branches—thanks to special technology, it can detach in the event of a fall to reduce strain on the neck
• All-around padding: fully enclosed interior padding for additional protection and a comfortable, secure fit of the full-face helmet
• Antibacterial cheekpads: cheekpads secured with snap fasteners—for greater comfort, fewer bacteria, additional protection, and a secure fit of the full-face helmet
• Removable, washable padding: can be removed and hand-washed or replaced as needed

Details about the ABUS HiDrop Helmet

The HiDrop meets the EN1078, ASTM F1952, ASTM F2032, CPSC, and AS/NZ standards. It was developed in collaboration with ABUS team riders and tested on the world’s toughest trails. The helmet has been used in the EWS, the Crankworx World Tour, and the DH World Cup. The ABS outer shell makes the helmet particularly impact-resistant. Its shock-absorbing performance is enhanced by the EPS and EPP core. Thanks to its excellent ventilation, you’ll stay cool and can focus fully on your goal. In the event of a crash, the Break-Away visor detaches from the helmet to prevent your head from being thrown backward—protecting your neck—and to prevent the visor from breaking.
