SCOTT Addict Premium - Comfort and Performance

The SCOTT Addict Premium combines the dynamics of a performance-oriented road bike with noticeably greater comfort for long rides. Modern technologies from the world of racing have been specifically tailored to a more balanced and less uncompromising design. As a result, the bike handles fast training laps and powerful sprints just as confidently as extended Sunday rides.

The slightly more upright, comfort-oriented geometry allows for a natural riding position without forcing riders into an overly stretched or low posture. At the same time, the frame offers targeted vertical compliance that effectively absorbs bumps without compromising direct power transfer and high efficiency.

Tire Clearance

With generous tire clearance of up to 38 mm, the Addict opens up new possibilities. The extra space allows for wider tires, providing greater comfort, improved grip, and greater versatility. This keeps the bike stable even in changing road conditions and makes it ideally suited for a wide variety of routes.

Comfort

The Addict was designed from the ground up for high long-distance comfort. Thanks to the redesigned seat tube shape and optimized tube profiles, it offers 25% greater vertical compliance. This noticeably better absorbs bumps without compromising the efficiency and responsiveness of a sporty road bike.

Geometry

The balanced geometry enhances comfort on every ride. A taller head tube area and a shorter frame length create a natural, relaxed riding position with a comfortable upper-body posture. Even without additional spacer rings under the stem, the Addict’s seat height corresponds to a significantly more upright position compared to the Addict RC. The result is a comfortable yet sporty riding experience with an optimal balance of efficiency and comfort.

HMX Carbon

By using carbon fibers with a higher modulus of elasticity, material can be saved without compromising stability. The result is an even lighter frame that retains all the desired riding characteristics in terms of efficiency, responsiveness, and control.

Save the Day

The Syncros “ Save-the-Day-Kit ” is neatly integrated into the down tube and includes an inner tube, tire levers, and a mini-pump. This ensures you’re always prepared for unexpected situations.
