Fizik Kudo Aero Arche-Type Road Helmet - anthracite

An aerodynamic, drag-reducing helmet for gravel, road bike, and XC mtb riding, featuring a versatile half-shell design for fast riding and racing, along with the limited-edition Arche-Type finish.

The Kudo Aero is the sleek and aerodynamic helmet option for performance-oriented, cross-discipline competitions. As part of the Arche-Type series, this special Kudo Aero features a prototype-inspired finish that pays homage to the elaborate development process.

ARCHE-TYPE
Arche-Type is a new, limited-edition design available for every model in the Fizik helmet collection. With a translucent PC shell that reveals the underlying EPS core, Arche-Type helmets combine a dark gray color scheme with contrasting matte and glossy surfaces. Outlined Fizik logos provide subtle accents, along with technical text highlighting the functions of each helmet section. As the name Arche-Type suggests, these unique helmets serve as a representative model—a moment in the development process—from which the entire fizik helmet line emerged. Like a frozen moment in the design and development phase, Arche-Type stands for a prototype that has reached its final form.

MINIMALIST DESIGN. MAXIMUM SPEED.
The Kudo Aero is a high-performance half-shell bike helmet designed for disciplines where aerodynamics are crucial. In addition to sharing design elements with the Kudo, the Kudo Aero takes aerodynamics to a whole new level, making it the ideal choice for high-speed rides and races.

AERODYNAMIC SHELL, REAR SPOILER
The Kudo Aero’s shell features a smooth, closed-shell design that optimizes airflow and reduces drag. The removable rear spoiler delays the separation of airflow, thereby improving aerodynamic performance—an impressive feature for a classic half-shell helmet.

VENTILATION, COMFORT, AND SAFETY
Despite its aerodynamic design, the Kudo Aero makes no compromises when it comes to comfort. Two front vents and rear heat vents ensure effective cooling during intense activity. The helmet is certified to EU and CPSC standards, and its rounded shape reduces surface tension in the event of an impact, which may help mitigate the forces of a fall.

ADDITIONAL IMPACT PROTECTION
Despite its aerodynamic design, the Kudo Aero makes no compromises when it comes to comfort. Two front vents and rear heat exhausts provide effective cooling during intense activity. The helmet is certified to EU standards, and its rounded shape reduces surface tension in the event of an impact, which may help mitigate the forces of a fall.

ADJUSTABLE FIT
The Kudo Aero features an advanced fit system with a finely adjustable dial at the back of the head for head circumference adjustment and eyewear compatibility. A special height adjustment allows for precise adaptation to the individual head shape, and the lightweight ripstop fabric at the ears is fully adjustable.

INTEGRATED VISIBILITY
For added safety, the Kudo Aero is equipped with a removable reflector and a USB-rechargeable LED taillight. The taillight offers various brightness levels for day and night riding to ensure the rider’s safety in all conditions.
