The BUSTER 1700 LINK HL is designed for challenging rides after dark. With 1,750 lumens and a beam distance of 210 meters, it casts a powerful light on dark trails and paths—and, as a helmet light, shines exactly where you’re looking. LINK connectivity and the SIGMA RIDE app enhance the high light output with smart features. Using the included REMOTE ONE, you can conveniently control the BUSTER 1700 LINK HL from the handlebars, switch between lighting modes, and trigger an audible signal on the light when needed.

MODE DISPLAY AT A GLANCE

With HIGH, MID, LOW, and ECO, three continuous light levels are available. NIGHT FLASH and DAY FLASH add two additional FLASH modes. This allows you to adjust the light output to suit the route, ambient light, and desired runtime. 

The LED indicator on the top shows you at a glance which lighting mode is active while you’re riding. When the BUSTER is turned off, simply click the control button to check the current battery level.

INTELLIGENT LINK FUNCTION

Using LINK connectivity, you can wirelessly connect the BUSTER 1700 LINK HL to compatible SIGMA LINK taillights. This turns the front and rear lights into a networked system that can be conveniently controlled together.

Connect your BUSTER 1700 LINK HL to a compatible LINK taillight such as the BLAZE LINK, HIRO LINK, or NYTE LINK. The taillight’s brake light function remains active regardless of the headlight’s selected lighting mode.

A RECO LINK radar taillight can also be paired with the BUSTER 1700 LINK HL. Approaching vehicles are displayed on a radar-compatible bicycle computer or in the SIGMA RIDE app.

EASY TO USE

With the REMOTE ONE and the HORN function, you can conveniently control the BUSTER 1700 HL from the handlebars without having to reach for the light on your helmet. Alternatively, you can turn it on and off directly using the easy-to-feel control button—even while wearing gloves. The double-click activation protection prevents the BUSTER 1700 LINK HL from being activated unintentionally.

MEMORY MODE

The BUSTER 1700 LINK HL remembers the last lighting mode used. The next time you turn it on, your selected setting is immediately active again.

APP CONNECTIVITY

With the SIGMA RIDE app, you can keep an eye on your BUSTER 1700 LINK HL right from your smartphone. You can adjust the lighting mode, check the battery level, assign a custom device name, and install firmware updates.

REMOTE ONE & HORN

With the REMOTE ONE, you have light control and the HORN function right on the handlebars. The audible signal is especially handy when you want to draw attention to yourself on blind paths, at intersections, or when encountering other riders. This lets you react without having to take your hand off the handlebars.

SIDE VISIBILITY

The integrated LIGHT GUIDE makes the BUSTER 1700 LINK HL more visible even from the side. This is especially helpful at trail intersections and junctions.

INSTALLATION

Using the included helmet mount, you can securely attach the BUSTER 1700 LINK HL to your bike helmet. This way, the light follows your head movements and shines exactly where you’re looking.

READY FOR ANY WEATHER

Thanks to IPX4 splash protection, the BUSTER 1700 LINK HL remains fully functional even in rain, splashes, and changing weather conditions.

LONG BATTERY LIFE. USB-C.

About 20 hours in ECO mode provide plenty of battery life for longer rides. The BUSTER 1700 LINK HL can be easily recharged via USB-C. The charging port is securely located on the underside of the light.
