The flagship TCR combines its legendary ride quality with new system integrations and construction methods to make it more efficient than ever. The down tube has been significantly redesigned to improve aerodynamics, and the new integrated cockpit—featuring the OverDrive Aero steerer tube and the Contact SLR AeroLight stem—offers internal cable routing to further reduce drag. From the integrated seatpost to the CADEX wheelset with 40 mm-deep carbon rims, every component has been selected and tested for system optimization.

Advanced SL Composite Technology —This highest-grade carbon fiber is used to produce an exclusive composite frame material that is woven and processed in-house. Carbon nanotube (CNT) technology involves adding a microscopically small polymer to GIANT’s special resin blend. These CNT particles act as miniature support pillars and reinforce the composite layers. CNT-treated frames have 14 times greater impact resistance than frames without CNT and are up to 100 g lighter.
