Big tires and wide rims normally mean heavy wheels. But not with the BR 2250! Nearly as light as standard wheels and with the grip only fatties can offer, this wheelset turns any fat bike into a fun-machine!

DT Swiss goes Fatbike! Light and stable wheel with 76mm rim width and 16mm high aluminium rim. 32 triple crossed DT Competition Spokes ensure that the wheels are very stiff. The rear wheel is designed for 12x197 and 12x190mm thru axles (adapters included).

Proven freewheel technology
The patented DT Swiss Ratchet System^® is known throughout the world for it's reliability, efficiency and long-lasting performance. This wheel features 18 tooth ratchets, with 10 degrees of quick engagement. This faster engagement allows for increased, more positive power transfer under load and higher performance in technical situations.

The aluminium hubs are 100% swiss made for world class precision and quality. The spoke holes are crafted precisely to make sure the spoke heads can not move under load changes, reducing the risk of spoke fatigue failure. Labyrinth seals protect the bearings from dirt and water and ensure smooth rolling characteristics.

The Fatbike version is designed for Center Lock disc brake rotors and is convertible to 6-hole disc brake rotors (IS) using the supplied adaptor.
