Description of milKit Compact Tubeless Check & Refill Kit

milKit makes maintenance of tubeless tires easy. Advantage: With milKit the tires stay in place and the air inside.

Clean, safe and simple

Fast: Measure and refill sealant without deflating the tire.
Clean: A rubber flap prevents sealant from filling and blocking the valves.
Reliable: No more guessing games. Riders will always know exactly how much sealant is needed.
Simple: Clean hands and easy to use.

The use of milKit is quick and easy.

1. Screw out the milKit valve core: no air is lost.
2. Insert the milKit applicator through the valve to measure the sealant in the tire.
3. Identify how much extra sealant is needed.
4. Inject sealant with the milKit applicator.
5. Put back the valve core and go ride.

A milKit consists of two valves and a measuring and refilling device.
The valves are compatible with all standard rims.

The idea for milKit was born during a mountain bike trip in the middle of nowhere around Moab, with a flat tubeless tire due to dried out sealant. A problem that those of you that ride tubeless will understand. The product development engineer and addicted mountain biker Pius Kobler decided to do something about it and invented milKit.

Happy mountainbiking!

Customer Reviews
Funciona na perfeição. Limpo. Simples e fácil de usar.
average quality comparing with other valves and almost ... practical.
1) Quality issues with vales that came ORIGINALLY with the KIT!
The rubber cone on the top was cut and separated from the rest of valve, air pushed the valve that jumps out of the rim.
BIKE 24 replaced them with a new pair of valves immediately (THANKS).

The newer valves were redesigned with harder cone (also a blue rubber ring added in rim nut). Now seem more robust and work fine until today.

2)When refilling: If too hi pressure, great finger force required using both thumps on the syringe. When trying to turn switch on, It may pop the piston and spill the liquid all over the place.Of course you don't have to fully deflate but it requires that you reduce the tyre pressure (around 25PSI) to be safe

Other than that works OK!
Really easy handling. No more any milk somewhere on the ground :-)
