Fatbikes need power! For extra wide forks with thru axle, SON has created the SON28 150 disc hub. This hub dynamo achieves its nominal capacity of 3 Watts already at 20% less riding speed (16 km/h ) than the SONdelux (19 km/h). For this reason it is recommended for riders who need extra light power at low speeds. SON 28 135 hub dynamo is also useable if a lot of devices need a power supply or their batteries have to be charged.

The hub flanges of the SON28 150 are aligned symmetrical and the disc mount is positioned 10.4mm away from the dropout, like on regular front hubs.
Furthermore a 15mm axle provides enough stiffness. The high-quality seal system with a special pressure balance system ensures great durability. Compatible with brake discs with IS2000 6-hole mount.
