DT Swiss RWS 15x110mm PS TA - MTB Thru Axle with Aluminium Lever - Predictive Steering

Now also available for Predictive Steering hubs: the RWS for 15x110mm droupout RockShox RS-1 forks, ensuring a solid, lightweight and reliable connection between wheel and fork.

The handling of the RWS is very simple: ­Tighten up the system by turning the lever clockwise by hand as firm as possible (min. 15 Nm). Depending on the frame or fork ­construction, this can be done by turning the lever several times. Once the wheel is mounted firm and safe, the lever can be aligned in a tidy and safe position.

The RWS is 100% disc brake compatible with no plastic or synthetic material parts interrupting the force flow. As a result the clamping force of the RWS is not influenced by heat. RWS quick releases allow a clamping force up to 50% greater than traditional quick releases. The resulting connection of the wheel to the frame or fork is is not just safer, but also firmer and therefore stiffer. This becomes particularly apparent on bikes with disc brakes.
