Advantages of SiS GO Energy + Caffeine Gel

Caffeine acts centrally on the brain to reduce the perception of exertion, which is especially noticeable during longer events. In long distance events over 90 minutes, both mental fatigue and physical fatigue play a large role in determining performance later in the event. Caffeine can help maintain physical performance in this situation.

Depletion of carbohydrate stores during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. Providing the extra carbohydrates found in SiS Energy + Caffeine Gels during training can help improve performance and race times and delay the onset of fatigue.

Application:

Take 1 gel 30 minutes before short, intense training sessions to provide mental stimulation for the upcoming race. Take 1-2 gels towards the end of a long endurance workout to improve alertness and concentration. Recommended maximum consumption is 4x SiS GO Energy + Caffeine gel per day.
