Suggested usage:
Take 1 serving per day directly after training.
Preparation (1 serving): Mix 55 g (approx. 3 measuring spoons - enclosed) with 200 ml water.
* For a positive effect, a total of 4 g carbohydrates per kg body weight should be consumed from all sources, in the form of several portions in the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the end of the above physical activity.
