The sleek design of the Shimano Tiagra ST-4720 STI lever are completed by improved ergonomics for the use of hydraulic disc brakes. Suitable for handlebars with a diameter of 23.8 to 24.2 mm.

Compared to the ST-4720 levers the reach starts closer, so the lever blades allow riders with small hands to comfortably and securely brake without rotating their hands forward to grab the levers.
