Motorex DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid - 250ml

Motorex Brake Fluid DOT 5.1 is a brake fluid for hydraulic brake and clutch systems with a boiling point of at least 260 °C and an extremely high wet boiling point of at least 180 °C. Due to its low low-temperature viscosity, it is particularly suitable for auxiliary units such as ABS and ASR.

Range of application

After extensive testing in racing use, Brake Fluid DOT 5.1 can be used in motorcycles in on-road and off-road operation, but also in passenger cars and commercial vehicles, where a brake fluid according to the specification FMVSS 116 DOT 5.1 is prescribed.

Application

May attack paints, varnishes or, in some cases, plastics. May only be filled into equipment designed for brake fluids.

Note

Mixtures with mineral oil and silicone-based brake fluids or DOT 5.0 must be avoided. The change intervals according to the manufacturer must be observed.
