The SON Edelux II is the successor to the popular Edelux LED front light. It uses an even brighter light-emitting diode and distributes the light with the IQ-Tec premium mirror developed by Busch und Müller, achieving up to 100 lux. The light field is wider and even better focused in the distance, while it is evenly distributed at close range.

The solid aluminum housing ensures mechanical durability and is sealed watertight with a scratch-resistant, anti-reflective glass lens. The magnetic switching ring enables convenient switching, even when wearing gloves. The LED sits on a copper heat sink that is screwed directly to the headlamp housing. This perfect cooling is a prerequisite for good efficiency and a long service life. The Edelux II also has a parking light function and a sensor-controlled automatic switch-on function.

SON coaxial junction box - simple connection of Busch & Müller chargers

The SON coaxial junction box was developed for permanent or occasional connection of a charger to the hub dynamo lighting system. It is mounted on the headlight cable in an easily accessible location. It is no longer necessary to lay a second cable to the connections of the hub dynamo.

Attention: Suitable for all current SON 28 and SONdelux without self-contacting.
