Shimano Alivio FD-M3120 Side Swing Front Derailleur - 2x9-speed - Front Pull

Thanks to Side Swing technology, the Shimano Alivio FD-M3120 front derailleur delivers quiet and smooth shifting. Its improved design offers enhanced cable routing for more powerful upshifting, light action operations and increased clearance for short chain stays and larger wheels (max. 2.3" tire width).

The Front Pull derailleur provides extra wide range for a chainring ratio of 36 to 22 teeth and adapts chain lines between 48.8 and 51.8 mm to make it compatible with Boost O.L.D., too. In addition, a wider traction range reduces chain rub at rear suspension bikes.

The Alivio 2x9-speed front derailleur is available as E-Type (FD-M3120-E) and Direct Mount (FD-M3120-D) version as well as for the middle clamp position (FD-M3120-M and FD-M3120-M-B).
