Tubolito tubes made from the high-tech material thermoplastic can withstand forces twice as high as standard tubes. The material can be stretched more than four times, providing maximum protection against puncture.

The Tubolito hoses in the test

A 0.75 mm test mandrel passes through a pre-drilled hole in the casing at a defined speed. Tire pressure is 2.0 bar, in the Tubo MTB test. The force and the distance until the tire bursts are recorded. Tubolito is clearly convincing here: puncture resistance is twice as high as with standard inner tubes.
