The kit is designed for spot repairs in tubeless bicycle tires. Using a rubber plug with a brass tip—which you insert into the hole in the tire—you can easily fix punctures that would otherwise put an end to your ride. 

The outer casing of the DYNAPLUG system acts as a lever for the plugs. You screw it on and thread the plug into the insertion aid. Simply remove the foreign object that caused the damage from the tires, position the plug over the hole, and press it firmly into place—done!
