The Gelu carbon seatpost stands out from the crowd of lightweight components thanks to its impressively low weight of only 120 grams, a 2-bolt clamp for precisely longitudinal and tilt adjustment, yet with full strength by supporting up to 115kg rider weight.

The multi-piece seatpost is made of a UD-Carbon shaft with a securely pressed in and bonded milled aluminium head. Weight and appearance are further complemented by a rocker and clamping plate made of 100% braided carbon. The bolts are made of high-quality and light titanium and the barrels nuts of aluminium. This combinations allows a maximum tightening force of 3 Nm according to the manufacturer. Furthermore the clamp head of the Gelu carbon seatpost is compatible with oval carbon rails.

Range of Application

Despite its unbelievably low weight, the seatpost is suitable for many other types of bikes besides road bikes, such as cross country mountain bikes, cross and fitness bikes.
