Usage:

• For regeneration: Add one serving of AddOn Amino (= 11 g, corresponds to approx. 2 slightly heaped teaspoons) to 50 ml water, 250 ml Refresher or 200 ml Level X directly after a hard training. 
• For high training load: Use AddOn Amino throughout the season. At less intensive loads 2 weeks before the season's highlight. 
• For competition or interval training: One serving of AddOn Amino 2 hours before the effort in 250 ml starter or buffer.
