ORTLIEB Fork-Pack Adapter 45° to 30° - black

The adapter that prevents contact between the fork pack and your wheel or spokes.

The adapter (set of 2 for one bracket) serves to adjust the mounting angle of the fork pack bracket to front forks (45 degree braze-on base turns into 30 degrees) and thus prevents the bags from coming into contact with the wheel or spokes. By mounting the two angle elements, the distance between the fork pack and the front wheel can be increased - this minimises the risk of spoke contact if the braze-on base is in an unfavourable position on the fork.
