ORTLIEB Handlebar Mounting-Set - Extension - black

The Ultimate Handlebar Bag can also be mounted on heavily curved comfort handlebars such as Modolo or Humpert. The extension adapter was developed for this purpose and is inserted between the mount and the handlebars. It can only be used in combination with the lockable mounts (E164 or E185). An extra-long securing cord is included in the scope of delivery.

Features of the ORTLIEB Handlebar Mounting Kit – Extension Adapter

• For use with ORTLIEB handlebar bags on heavily curved comfort handlebars such as Modolo, Humpert, and others.
• Can only be used in combination with the mounting kits (E185 and E225)
• Increases the distance between the handlebars and the handlebar bag by 4.8 cm
• Fits all handlebar diameters
• Mount compatible with bags and baskets from other brands
• Caution: Do not use with baskets from the Up-Town product line

• Material failure when mounted on carbon parts can lead to injury. This product is not suitable for mounting on carbon parts. Before mounting the product, check the material of the mounting parts to which the product will be attached.
• Risk of injury due to brake and shift cables becoming pinched! During installation, make sure that no brake or shift cables are pinched between the product and the handlebars.
