The Cascade dropper seatpost pays homage to the eponymous mountain range in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, home of PNW Components and some of the most attractive MTB Trails. This dropper post is a workhorse that is appreciated by its riders for its reliability and ease of maintenance.
In typical PNW Components fashion, the Cascade dropper seatpost also features a sealed air cartridge, again with the well-known durability and reliability even at low temperatures. In the models from 150 mm travel, a larger stanchion diameter and additional DU bushings are used to guarantee maximum stability and prevent unwanted movements of the saddle.
Essentially identical in construction with the Pine V3 dropper seatpost, the Cascade differs mainly by the choice of larger diameters. Identical are both seatposts in the external cable routing, which to ensure trouble-free operation, has been designed in a way that the cable does not interfere with the rider during operation.
