In its apparent simplicity, the chain not only fulfils a critical and fundamental function for rider safety, but also serves to optimize the entire drivetrain system. The Super Record chain has been redesigned from the ground up to harmonize perfectly with Campagnolo WRL components.

The pins, precisely aligned with the outer surface of the chain links, are a crucial factor in achieving the fundamental objective of reducing overall dimensions. No less decisive for the design were characteristics such as durability and safety, which could be achieved on the one hand through the Ultra-Link™ system and on the other hand with the help of a special surface treatment. The finish is also the prerequisite for extremely smooth running and shifting precision of the 12-speed chain.
