Usage:

Use is especially recommended for intense workouts or competitions that last less than 90 minutes, as well as for hydration and replenishment of mineral salt stores before competitions and to restore mineral salt levels after physical activity.

Dissolve 20g of the powder (equivalent to 1.5 dosing spoons) in 500 ml of water and mix. Consume regularly in small doses of 150 ml every 15-20 minutes, during and after exercise.
