Instead of telling Gravel riders what they needed, Shimano asked them what they wanted for their offroad adventures. The result are the GRX parts which represent the first Shimano series especially developed for riding on rough roads and through gravel. Once it goes beyond the usual roads and trails, the Shimano GRX WH-RX570 wheels continue to guarantee reliable performance in a wide range of riding conditions. Built for demanding Gravel use, the wheels equipped with robust aluminum rims accept up to 53 mm (27.5") or 42 mm (28") wide Tubeless tires. While the larger sizing limits flex even when cornering hard, increasing torsional rigidity, the MTB-inspired asymmetrical rim shape offers excellent mud-repellent properties.
