Building on the award-winning, tried and tested rear wheelMudhugger design, the brand has now added 3 significant improvements over the original 2012 rear wheel Mudhugger design.
Using reusable Velcro quick release fasteners to attach to the Helitape protected seat stays, attachment and removal is a matter of seconds. Where the Mudhugger "sits" on the seat stays, rubber inserts are consequently incorporated to aid grip and improve cushioning. In addition, a completely new Push-Fit-BB-Extender was developed to protect the bearings and the bottom bracket area even under the most extreme conditions from mud and dirt accumulation. This was designed to be as thin as possible so that it can be easily cut to fit most bicycle rear end designs.

The MEDIUM version is designed for bikes with a seatstay angle of 34 degrees to 27 degrees. Can be mounted on "most" mountain bikes with disc brakes, even with external cables and hoses.
