The Gates CDX-SL pulley is a high-end variant for high loads and best performance. Even the most difficult environmental conditions such as mud, sand, snow and ice cannot affect the function of this pulley. The patented CenterTrack design keeps belts aligned on the pulley at all times.

When using the Gates Carbon Drive System in an application where the belt may be damaged by external objects (large rocks, tree limbs, etc.), it is highly recommended that the bike be equipped with a guard to protect the belt from impact.
