Y MountainLine Insulated Windbreaker is a light weight yet durable mountain jacket designed to be a less weatherdependent alternative to a light down jacket. Because this jacket is padded with the synthetic insulation material Vivo Performance: Eco, it will maintain its insulating power also in damp conditions and if it gets wet, it is an easy task to dry it. Synthetic insulation is also self-supporting material, meaning it allows for less seams and thus less chance of cold bridging. Vivo Performance: Eco is also made with 93% recycled polyester. As the name says this jacket provide great protection against those cold winds. The helmet compatible hood with double storm adjustments also comes in handy when the wind picks up and you need some extra protection to your head. In terms of fit, the jacket is given a generous and comfortable shape to fit on the outside of a shell jacket.
