Platypus Quickdraw Filter System 2L - Blue

The QuickDraw 2-liter filter system builds on the compact, fast and versatile performance of its 1-liter version and offers more ways to customize the system with compatible containers. The 2-liter dirty water tank is lightweight and compact and designed to withstand the rigors of even months of long-distance hiking. Thanks to the wide opening and filling handle, your hands stay dry while you can refill quickly. So the adventure can continue without interruption. As with the previous model, the double thread (inside/outside) of the filter on the dirt side can be attached to QuickDraw containers and standard bottles with a narrow opening such as smartwater® and other Platy bottles. On the drinking water side, you can choose between the DrinkCap for drinking and pouring and the ConnectCap™. The latter can be screwed onto bottles with a narrow opening and has a hose attachment point. The short hose is equipped with a quick connector that can be connected to any hydration bladder with a quick coupling. This allows water to be pressed directly into the reservoir without having to take it out of the rucksack. Two cleaning methods - shake or backwash - ensure that the filter works reliably throughout your outdoor adventure. An integrity check can be used to verify reliable filtration. The 2-liter QuickDraw filter system is the ultimate squeezable filter that works reliably even on longer excursions.

• Premium drinking tank (2 liters): The dirty water container is made from a three-layer film developed by Platypus and has a wide opening for easy filling, a so-called filling handle. It is extremely robust and packable and is guaranteed to be free of plastic flavor.
• Individually combinable: The thread (inside/outside), the ConnectCap™ and the short tube with quick connector ensure a leak-proof system with your preferred bottles or other containers such as smartwater® bottles, Platy bottles and hydration bladders with quick connector.

• High flow rate: Hollow fibers filter 3 liters per minute by squeezing and 1.75 liters per minute by gravity.
• Easy to clean: The system is easily cleaned by shaking or backwashing to maintain the high flow rate.
• Safe and effective: Each filter is individually tested and meets all EPA and NSF guidelines for the removal of 99.9999% bacteria and 99.9% protozoa* (*Applies to Giardia, Cryptosporidium, E. coli, Salmonella and Cholera).
• Integrity check: Unlike other squeeze filters, this filter can be easily determined if it has been compromised or damaged by dropping or freezing temperatures, for example.
