Not only the wealth of experience of the Alugear engineers, but also extensive tests have contributed to a considerable weight reduction without having to make any significant compromises in terms of impact resistance. Both the optimized arm design and strategic machining of the CNC-milled aluminium chainrings are responsible for this. Smooth and fast shifting is not only ensured by special tooth profiles, but also by the mounting and climbing aids which facilitate gear changes under load.

The two chainrings are perfectly matched and only reveal their superior shifting performance in the combinations specified by the manufacturer. Visually, the large chainring with the typical Alugear AERO look is particularly striking. To maintain this look for a long time, the chainrings have an industrial hard anodization, which noticeably increases the protective effect against mechanical impacts. The unique tooth profile also contributes to increased wear resistance. In addition, it eliminates chain noise to ensure smooth operation of the entire system.
