Proven bag processing for years, now in a minimalist version

The small cylindrical handlebar bag has a volume of 5-7 liters. Inside the bag there is a removable waterproof liner with taped seams, which is guaranteed to keep the contents of the bag dry. The exposed areas where the bag touches the brake and gearshifts are reinforced with a second layer of nylon fabric and Hypalon. The reinforcement between the spacers is made of HDPE plates to optimize the weight. The polypropylene fastening straps have a coarse texture to prevent them from slipping in the buckles. Compared to the larger version of the Bar Roll bag, the buckles and straps have been chosen to be more discreet in relation to the volume of the bag, without of course compromising its strength. The buckles are fitted with Camlok fasteners to prevent the straps from slipping. The bag's reversible roll closure with Nifco buckles (-20 °C) for easy operation with gloves can be rolled up like a classic drybag by hooking the buckles at the entrance of the bag. The reinforced seams are secured with bartack stitching (zigzag), all threads used are made of polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength. A webbing chain has been attached to the underside of the bag on the outside under the compression straps so that additional equipment (e.g. tent poles) can be carried. In addition, the Bar Bag can be clipped onto the bag to increase the overall volume on the handlebars.
