In order to achieve the necessary sealing performance, the corresponding models are equipped with a bearing that features high-quality labyrinth and contact seals. Also the Shimano FH-TC500 rear hubs benefit from this feature and are not only suitable for mountain bikes, but also for E-bike, Trekking and City use. Furthermore, the aluminum hubs with Centerlock brake disc mount are characterized by its low weight and high rigidity.
