By eliminating the inner tube, friction is removed so rolling resistance is lower, meaning less energy is needed to reach higher speeds. The 30 mm deep rim optimizes aero performance and improves stability in crosswinds. The alloy rim benefits from Mavic's experience in producing lightweight yet strong rim profiles. Mavic carefully tunes the thickness of the rim wall to hit the sweet spot between stiffness, strength and weight.

The straight-pull spokes are connected to our high-quality Infinity hub platforms: Optimal spoke tension is a guarantee of perfect stiffness and durability, with only one spoke length to worry about for both wheels.
