Not only the wealth of experience of the Alugear engineers, but also extensive tests have contributed to a considerable weight reduction without having to make any significant compromises in terms of impact resistance. Both the optimized arm design and strategic machining of the CNC-milled aluminium chainring are responsible for this. Meanwhile, the Narrow/Wide tooth profile ensures smooth chain running by keeping the chain securely in position at all times.

Visually, the chainring stands out with the AERO look typical of Alugear. To maintain this look for a long time, the chainring has an industrial hard anodization, which noticeably increases the protective effect against mechanical impacts. The unique tooth profile, specially designed for interaction with mountain bike chains, also contributes to increased wear resistance. In addition, it eliminates chain noise to ensure smooth operation of the entire system.
