Application

For medium to intense exercise lasting 1-3 hours, a carbohydrate intake of 30 g, 60 g or even 90 g per hour is normally recommended for optimum performance. Therefore, one sports unit contains exactly 30 g of carbohydrates so that athletes can easily and precisely achieve their desired carbohydrate intake.
