Application
For medium to intense exercise lasting 1-3 hours, a carbohydrate intake of 30 g, 60 g or even 90 g per hour is normally recommended for optimum performance. Therefore, one sports unit contains exactly 30 g of carbohydrates so that athletes can easily and precisely achieve their desired carbohydrate intake. The ideal carbohydrate intake depends on the individual athlete, their goals and the type of sport they do. Mix 33 g powder (= 2 scoops) with 500 ml water. Drink 500-1000 ml per hour during exercise.
